Digital Creative Manager

The Digital Creative Manager at Love Adorned is one of three admin roles in a small but quickly growing company. This role oversees the creation, organization and implementation of content and media strategies across all of Love Adorned’s marketing channels and website. This person will take an active role in creating content for our social platforms, digital media outlets and webstore while developing and maintaining relationships with media partners outside the company. Working closely with admin partners and staff, this person will have a “big picture” view of all content and story opportunities within the brand ecosystem and be expected to strategize and actualize how our audience and new audiences may best experience them both digitally and in-person. This role will require someone with a  creative and strategic mind that can link storytelling to product and experience across our digital and physical stores. The ideal candidate is obsessed with creating and analyzing, and is ready and willing to get their hands dirty as we create a new website and digital brand experience.

Scope of Responsibilities:

Develop a yearly content calendar and digital marketing strategy that incorporates the website, email marketing, and both paid and organic social media outreach across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest)

Work with Creative Director and founder, Lori Leven, to create content for marketing platforms (social, email and digital ad) according to said content strategies, making sure that all messaging is consistent and supports the brand's overall goals

Help plan and organize regular photo shoots, both still-life and on-model, to ensure that ample and temporal content is available for all campaigns - understanding that different platforms will have different needs as far as format and theme

Implement and oversee approval process for all content, from conception to publication, keeping in mind the marketing calendar, asset needs, and other relevant deadlines

Monitor and maintain engagement on social platforms, paying close attention to user generated content and recognizing potential opportunities for collaboration and cross promotion

Develop and maintain relationships with press and other collaborators that can help further the brand's media and SEO agenda, bearing in mind the importance of synergistic company values

Liaise with outside SEO and paid marketing agencies, ensuring that brand’s goals are being met and that messaging remains consistent, relevant, effective, and in-sync with our content calendar

Oversee and strategize with webstore team to sync inventory with the website’s marketing processes and UX, using customer segmentation and buying patterns to inform these processes, with the overall goal of improving the efficacy of the website’s conversion funnel

Spearhead regular redesigns or modifications of both digital and physical branded messaging (automated emails, packaging, in-store signage and creative) to prevent stagnancy and maintain consistency alongside an ever changing in-store experience and rotating product assortment

Along with the web team and copywriter, ensure that all branded content is consistent, from online product descriptions, to automated messaging, to paid ads

Establish and oversee an Instagram store as part of the brand’s goal to convert organic social media engagement into direct sales

Create a programming strategy for events and press with the admin team that connects the in-store experience with the digital experience

Analyze relevant reports on a weekly and monthly basis pertaining to social media accounts, email campaigns, and website performance - using this data to inform all recommendations

Stay up to date on current trends and technological developments across all digital platforms, while looking for ways to evolve the brand’s marketing strategies in time with these emerging trends

    Skills and Qualifications:

    At least 5 years of experience in digital strategy and marketing within a creative industry

    Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing art-forward media strategy

    Expert level knowledge of social platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest

    Deep understanding of Google Apps, most importantly Google Analytics, Facebook Manager, Shopify, and Klaviyo (or similar eCommerce and marketing platforms)

    Extensive experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, iCloud, and Apple Photo applications

    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines

    Superior time management and organizational skills, as well as excellent prioritization and problem solving abilities

    Experience with photography and digital design a huge plus

    Keen interest in, and understanding of, how consumers interact with brands in the digital space

    Excellent analytical, verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills

    Strong interest in the arts (fashion, film, art, music) and pop culture

      Keyholder in New York City

      We are currently looking to expand our team with a full-time sales associate and keyholder at our flagship location on Elizabeth Street, in Nolita. The ideal candidate will be passionate about maintaining this vision, as well as forming relationships with our customers and learning how to convey the compelling stories of our designers, makers, and products. The space is filled with the work of over 20 jewelry designers, vintage and antique jewelry collections, personal accessories, home goods, and found objects. The constant evolution and reinvention of visuals within the space and the product lines we carry, makes it an exciting and inspiring repeat shopping destination. We feel strongly that retail should be dynamic and enchanting, as should anyone joining our team. 

      Scope of Responsibilities:

      Assisting clients in finding the perfect pieces while developing and maintaining organic relationships with each one

      Keeping detailed notes on all customers you help, such as sizing, birthdays and anniversaries, and any products they may be interested in learning more about

      Effectively communicating product knowledge through storytelling, while consistently staying up to speed with all new product

      Upholding visual merchandising standards, ensuring that the sales floor is clean, organized, and stocked at all times

      Answering the phone and responding to emails and voicemails in a timely manner

      Opening and closing the store and being willing to come in early or stay late when necessary

      Replenishing stock throughout the day, making sure to alert the buying team to any inventory needs

      Aiding in creating and sustaining, warm and inviting environment through control of music, temperature, and fragrance

      Understanding and communicating the company's aesthetic and mission to clients, making sure that your language is consistent with the brand’s overall messaging

        Skills and Qualifications:

        Highly personable and emotionally intelligent, with both excellent written and oral communication skills

        Extremely organized and detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize competing projects and tasks

        Expert level understanding of the Mac operating system

        Experience working with LightSpeed or other POS systems a huge plus

        Thrives while working under pressure and in a fast paced environment

        Able to complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision

        Strong knowledge of pop culture and celebrities

        Available to work weekends and holidays

        Prior experience working working with fine jewelry not necessary, but valued

          We are currently looking to expand our team with a full-time sales associate at our Amagansett location for the duration of May through October, with potential for year-round employment. The ideal candidate will thrive in high pressure situations while maintaining a calm and pleasant demeanor. They will also be incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to pop culture and the arts, and be able to recognize potential strategic partners that we may be able to collaborate with.
