Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on most orders over $100, except for those that contain unusually heavy, delicate or large items. Items that do not qualify for free shipping will have a note on their product page.
How will my order be shipped?
Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground, with expedited options available at an additional cost. All orders are shipped fully insured, with all jewelry orders and orders valued over $200 also shipping with a signature required.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Love Adorned via DHL Express. All brokerage fees are included, however Love Adorned is not responsible for customs fees or taxes incurred from importing goods - these are payable by recipient upon delivery. We ship the items fully insured and listed at full retail value. DHL Express Mail generally takes 2 to 5 business days, not including any customs delays. If a package is denied entry by customs and returned to us we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges are not refundable.
Tracking says my order was delivered, but I can’t find it. Can you ship it again?
Whenever a package is lost in transit we will file a claim with the shipper so that we may be reimbursed. In situations where the claim is approved, you will be given the option of having us reship your order or refund you for the value (less any shi pping charges.) Should the claim not be approved, we will notify you, at which point you will have the option of placing your order again. We are unable to refund or re-ship any lost orders whose claims are denied.
I don’t love what I ordered - what are my options?
Web returns are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund within 10 days of order delivery. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Special orders, resized pieces, custom jewelry, fragrances, apothecary, candles, soaps and skin care are final sale and are not eligible for return.

Returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, indicating the type of return being done (exchange, store credit or refund).
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Love Adorned will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Love Adorned returns office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customers incur all shipping costs for all returned items.
There’s a ring I love on your website, but it's not my size. Do you have another one?
We usually only have one of each item that we carry, as many of them are either one of a kind, vintage, or antique. Please reach out to us at email@example.com or chat us to discuss the specific piece. If we don’t have it in your size we’ll advise you on whether it can be resized or remade and, if it can't be, we will suggest alternative choices. Please bear in mind that any resized or specially ordered sizes will be considered final sale.
Am I able to customize the pieces you carry?
Yes, many of the designers we work with can adjust existing designs, or create entirely new ones. If you’re interested in such a project, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we know what you’re looking for we will contact the designer to see what’s possible!
Do you sell gift cards?
We do! We sell online and in-store gift cards, as well as gift cards for piercings and body jewelry. Online gift cards can be purchased directly here ***insert link*** while in-store gift cards for Love Adorned can be purchased over the phone at 212-431-1500. For piercing related gift cards, please call New York Adorned at 212-473-0007. Please note that at this time gift cards are not interchangeable and can only be used in the method for which they’re purchased.
Do you do layaway?
At this time we do not. The majority of our designers make each piece by hand and or have very small production runs. Additionally, many of our items, jewelry or otherwise, are vintage or one of a kind. Given that, it makes it hard for us to hold pieces aside for any period of time.
Is everything you carry in your stores on your website?
We do our best to get as much inventory on our site as possible, but as so many of our pieces are vintage and one of a kind - it can be hard to get them up before they sell. This is why we always recommend coming into the store, if you’re able to. If you’re not able to though, and you’d like to know what else we may have in a particular style or theme, chat or email us and we can send through additional options.
Am I able to order something through you that’s not on your website?
Absolutely! Whether it's something we have in-store, but not online, or a piece by one of our designers that we don’t carry, we’re happy to try and track it down for you.
I have a store credit, can I use it on the website?
While store credit can only be used for in-store purchases, contact us at email@example.com and we can convert your credit into an online gift card for you.
Can I include a gift note with my order?
Yes! When you checkout you will be given the option to add gift wrapping and/or a gift note to your order.
Do you run any promotions for first time customers?
While we don’t give a discount on first purchases, we do do a 15% off purchase during your birthday month - just make sure to sign up for our newsletter! We also have our annual 20% off sale at the end of January.
I’m interested in purchasing body jewelry - is there someone who can assist me?
Absolutely! We have a collection of body jewelry made exclusively for Adorned available online here*INSERT LINK*, as well as many in-store options. Do you offer repairs?
Yes, we are always happy to facilitate repairs for any pieces that have been bought from us. Items are eligible for free repair with reasonable wear and tear for up to 6 months. Reasonable wear and tear will be determined by Love Adorned. Outside of that window we will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweler or designer of the piece, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
Please note though that our jewelry is sold in as is condition and that jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and may require preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected. Is your jewelry conflict free?
All of the designers we work with do their best to source conflict free stones and make their jewelry as ethically and sustainably as possible, with many of them using both recycled stones and metals.
